Garden and Roads is temporarily closed

After much reflection, Garden and Roads will be suspending operations for the next four months through March 2026. This means we will not be offering Valentine’s Day flowers this year.

This decision has not come lightly. Over the past year, the financial strain on our small business has become overwhelming. Rising costs—particularly those tied to increased tariffs and sharply higher healthcare expenses associated with changes to the Affordable Care Act—have made our current business model unsustainable. As a small, independent florist and flower farm, we simply do not have the buffer to absorb these kinds of sudden and significant increases.

Nine years of growing flowers and designing florals using methods gentle to the environment has created so much joy. Your support has meant everything… You’ve celebrated life’s milestones with our flowers, trusted us with your most meaningful moments, and helped this little business grow roots in our community. For that, I am deeply grateful.
